Permanent - £18,000/£19,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am - 5.30 pm)

Our client is one of the largest independent car supermarkets in the South, who put the happiness of their people, customers and friends, at the heart of everything they do. As a Vehicle Administrator you'll be supporting the wider department ensuring all paperwork is looked after and maintained to the highest standards.

The position requires someone with an excellent eye for detail, who has a meticulous nature and can handle a heavy workload.

Job Responsibilities

  • Entering all data efficiently and accurately
  • Checking HPI information
  • Scanning documentation
  • Filing of vehicle documents and ancillaries
  • Update database on any items received after the vehicle appraised
  • Requesting MOT's if required, complete CO2 Tax check, DVLA V5's
  • Varied administration responsibilities
  • Opening and distributing company post
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested by management

Relevant Skills and Attributes

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experienced within a similar role essential
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Friendly, approachable personality
  • Prioritisation skills, who can multi-task
  • Knowledge of the motor industry desirable but not essential
