One of the leading British architectural practices of its generation with key clients and projects in all major sectors are looking for a Document Control Assistant.

A key role within the practice, the Team Coordinators provide first class support to project leaders and their associated project teams to enable them to run efficient and well organised projects.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Management of Diaries
  • Inbox Management - review of inboxes, responding to emails on behalf of Associate Directors
  • Gate keeping
  • Arrange meetings - booking venues, refreshments
  • Setting up internal design and technical review
  • Creating and formatting project-related correspondence or practice development paperwork
  • Sourcing information on existing projects for bids, reports and presentations
  • Arranging courier, travel, flights etc
  • Raising purchase order requests
  • Arranging building tours


  • Proven team support (at least 4 years)
  • Educated A-Level standard or similar
  • ExcellentIT Skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Touch typing - 60wpm
