One of our clients, a global consultancy firm based in central London, is looking for a Team Assistant to support their Business Development/Sales team. This is a fast paced and dynamic team looking for someone to hit the ground running. As a result, they are ideally looking for someone who has experience supporting a sales, marketing or distribution team.

The client is looking for someone who is personable, can build relationships quickly, proactive, has a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail. There is a lovely admin team in the office who are very close and happy to muck in and help each other.

The contract is starting ASAP and the duration is for 3 months. Working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm and the role is paying £29,000 depending on experience.

Team Assistant duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising international travel
  • Preparing research and meeting briefs
  • Creating pitches
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing the CRM database
  • Being the first point of contact on the phones.

The successful Team Assistant will:

  • Have demonstrable experience supporting a sales, marketing or distribution team.
  • Have demonstrable exprience as a Team Assistant.
  • Have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Be used to juggling multiple demands, prioritising and working at a fast pace.
