Sheffield is a City in the English County of South Yorkshire. In the city centre the Millennium Gallery shows metalwork and art from around the world. The nearby countryside is part of the Peak District National Park, characterised by moorland and rocky ridges.
What does the role consist of?
Create an effective healthcare plan
Provide treatment for patients enduring various health conditions
As a nurse you will cater to the health requirements of the patients, with the aim to improve their quality of life
Regularly monitor patients' health progress by carrying out tests and evaluation
Establish a trusting relationship with the patients and their loved ones
Essential skills and experience:
All trained band 5 must have excellent teamwork skills in order to ensure a high standard of care is maintained at the hospitals and care homes
To contribute to the smooth running of the health services, nurses must have first-rate communication and organisation skills, along with a friendly attitude
You will have an active interest and a strong understanding of patient care
You must be flexible, reliable and prepared to work variable hours. This can include Sundays and often late evenings
A valid NMC Pin
