Working for a market leader in the installation and maintenance of fire and security systems, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Systems Engineer. In this role you will Provide commissioning and installation support for Minor Works and chargeable works as required.
To repair, maintain and service systems in accordance with the relevant company procedures, engineer instructions and specific system specifications
Commissioning systems when required, in accordance with the relevant standards
To complete jobs as scheduled by the Customer Service Team including routine maintenance and attending emergency calls
To ensure that the client is satisfied in all aspects of the installation, maintenance and service visits prior to leaving site, and to project a commitment to quality customer service at all times
To ensure that all necessary input is provided into the Company’s scheduling/reporting system via the appropriate hand-held device (currently a PDA)
To be available for standby and call out rota as required within the Region
Qualifications such as FIA & 17th Edition are desired.
Electrical Engineering qualification
Full UK Driving licence
Experience of systems such as Morley, Gent, Kentec, Advanced and Apollo would be beneficial.
Knowledge of CCTV and Intruder systems would be a bonus
£28,000 - £32,000 (OTE £40K) + vehicle + door to door travel
