Description: Listed by Procurement People - Senior Quantity Surveyor

Birmingham

Construction, Build

£55,000-£65,000 + Package

The Main Contracting world is rife with Senior Quantity Surveyors being worked too hard and expected to travel to Timbuktu and back to get to site. When the key decision making responsibilities are taken away from you by heavy micro-management, we know that can be an absolute nightmare for you.

It can often leave you tired, feeling like you're not able to make the difference you were bought in to make and generally, fed up.

We'd like to offer you something different and the chance to come away from endless travel or heavy micro-management. It comes in the form of one of the Midlands leading regional contractors where you'll never work more than 45 minutes commute from home. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take complete ownership over your jobs ranging between £5-30m. The management approach will be support where needed, rather than inspect every decision you're making.

With opportunities to work across Care, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Retail & High-end Resi, the portfolio of business you'll be working on ensures that you and this business are recession proof. Offering you the stability required in a modern main contracting environment.

If package and benefits are important to you as we suspect they would be, there's no doubt in our mind we can match or better your current package.
