Ensuring all our new hires, from summer students through to Partners, have a seamless and welcoming experience is absolutely central to the role. End-to-end management of each candidate means you will be involved with pre-employment screening, compliance checking, contract production and updating our systems. It’s a complex role - you’ll need to analyse information and know how to overcome barriers in order to manage everyone’s expectations. Our people are vital to us, so we’ll rely on you to ensure new hires are up and running from day one.

Full time or Job Share
Monday - Friday Shifts between 08.30 and 17.30
Agile working options available, 1 day per week from home where business needs allow.
Your professional experience
You should have proven experience of working in a HR administration role and preferably you will have gained or be studying towards your CIPD (or similar). You should be able to demonstrate you are a team player with a calm, courteous manner and be confident you can communicate professionally at all times. Microsoft Office skills are a must.
