Are you a friendly, self-starting individual with good networking skills and a flexible attitude to changes at work?
Our established client is looking for a Part-time experienced candidate to support the company in managing and administrating the sales office function; processing customer requests for information, producing RFQ and monthly sales reports and use of the customer-relationship management systems.

This position occasionally involves both UK and foreign travel to assist the Managing Director at Trade Shows and events and over-night stays (1/2 nights) require the successful candidate to be available when necessary.
Full training will be provided; however, solid Sales office/administration or Customer Service background and proven ability to succeed in these types of roles is essential. Experience working with Microsoft Packages, notably Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook are a must. Some managerial experience would be desirable.
Hours are negotiable up to 15 hours per week with 10 hours minimum working time required at the office.
Monday and Friday 9:30am-2:30pm, with other days/times to be agreed.
£22.00 per hour with all expenses paid whilst travelling to events
