Up to £30,000pa basic salary plus benefits (OTE - £50,000pa, Bonus Uncapped)
Bonfire Recruitment is a specialist engineering and manufacturing recruitment agency covering the UK market place. Our business is currently made up of two separate brands, Bonfire Engineering and Bonfire Manufacturing. Both brands focus on recruiting management roles within each sector on a 100% retained basis.
We are looking to recruit a experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant due join our business, This is a fantastic time to join the business, the right candidate will have the opportunity to quickly progress through the business going forward.
This is a home-based role, with the requirement to travel to Glasgow several times per year for management meetings. You will also be required to travel throughout the UK to client sites.
Develop new business opportunities, follow up on incoming leads and develop own leads.
Maintain existing client relationships, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
Actively sourcing and identifying candidates for live roles using tools provided
Conducting video interviews with shortlisted candidates
Ensure that all deadlines and service delivery expectations are met and adhered to, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Attending events and conferences promoting business brand and building relationships
Ensuring the database is continually updated with all information relating to candidates and clients
Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the directors
Degree qualified within a engineering, manufacturing or management subject.
Previous high level/relationship recruitment experience or Human Resources background or B2B account management experience, specifically within the engineering, manufacturing or oil & gas sector.
Proven experience of successfully developing and closing new business opportunities.
Experience of account management and maintaining customer relationships
People person who strives to be the best in what they do
Knowledge of the UK engineering sector
Highly experienced in using various computer software and apps
Excellent at multi-tasking, planning and prioritising, time management is key.
Ability to recruit for multiple projects in different environments
Analytical skills that enable you to assess and advise on recruitment issues
