Key Skills Required

*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Professional Software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat/Foxit and willing to learn & use bespoke software

*Strong interpersonal skills, Project / Task Co - ordination, ability to deal proactively with issues arising, Ability to work and liaise with internal & external stakeholders at all levels in a delivery environment, time management and ability to work with to SLA timescales, demonstrable skills in presenting information effectively

Desirable skills

* Previous exposure and knowledge of AutoCad

Key Experience Required

*Previous experience and familiarisation of working in an Engineering/Telecoms Quality controlled environment

Activities expected -

The role is ongoing and is essential to the delivery of the TSSEB Capacity Build Plan as well as Capacity Planning activities

-Assessment of Drawing As builts - Update of Capacity Planning Records.

-Review of data and 'As builts' documents from projects. added to the Extranet by VM's external Principal Contractors following Project completion - these have to be manually reviewed and added to VM records. 72 expected in Q2. Required for updating out internal capacity records

-Interface with drawing office regarding Drawing Updates associated with Build Projects,

-Desktop Study Assessment for Delivery Projects growth projects submitted onto VMs application database. Assessed against VMs capacity asset records.. Impact - This is important as assessment required in line with SLAs to ensure project completion not hindered

-Coordination of all Electrical Meter site visits post meter faults - this is an essential and ongoing activity to facilitate correct billing and capacity checks. 31 are in process from Q1 and a similar expected in Q2. Impact - risk of billing being inaccurate with financial knock on effect

-Administration and processing of all VM driven changes to the Maximum Import Capacity agreed with the Electricity Suppliers - this is an essential activity to optimise the operational expenditure based on site load and forecast growth - continually reviewed . 12 are still in process for completion

-Ad hoc requests
