We are looking for talented sales people who can start immediately!

We are looking for you to achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing site in Liverpool, located in a modern office close to Moorfields Station near the Cavern Quarter.

Pay Rate and Hours:

  • £9 PER HOUR
  • 08:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday - Friday


Working as part of the Outbound Salesforce for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of sales, campaign promotions and activities

  • Handling all customer interaction in a personalised and professional manner
  • Interact with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails)
  • Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time
  • Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems
  • Advising customers on the best services available, using product knowledge to showcase the best solutions
  • Up sell additional products as needs arises
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Providing a value add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
  • Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
  • Identify and highlight any service related issues, incidents or trends
  • Highlighting and escalating issues as necessary
  • Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets


  • Experience of working in both a sales/ customer contact centre environment, providing excellence in service to the customer
  • An affinity to Sales, performance and results driven sales person
  • Commercial awareness
  • Professional approach, experience with business customers
  • A passion for delivering first class customer service
  • Highly developed soft skills and a strong will to serve
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good social and interpersonal skills, a team player
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills; solution focused
  • Quality focused with attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in the campaign brand with experience and knowledge of Power Tools
  • Empathetic, a warm, helpful and positive approach

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • IT Savvy with good MS Office (Word and Excel) and keyboard skills
  • The commitment to work towards individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Willingness to travel to ad-hoc customer fairs and training events

The role is working on a temporary basis for an on-going period of time, with potential for permanent conversion. This is easily accessible by car, foot or public transport. Please note there is no on-site parking.
