£9 PER HOUR
08:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday - Friday
Working as part of the Outbound Salesforce for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of sales, campaign promotions and activities
Handling all customer interaction in a personalised and professional manner
Interact with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails)
Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time
Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems
Advising customers on the best services available, using product knowledge to showcase the best solutions
Up sell additional products as needs arises
Building rapport with customers
Providing a value add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
Identify and highlight any service related issues, incidents or trends
Highlighting and escalating issues as necessary
Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets
Experience of working in both a sales/ customer contact centre environment, providing excellence in service to the customer
An affinity to Sales, performance and results driven sales person
Professional approach, experience with business customers
A passion for delivering first class customer service
Highly developed soft skills and a strong will to serve
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Good social and interpersonal skills, a team player
Good listening skills

The role is working on a temporary basis for an on-going period of time, with potential for permanent conversion. This is easily accessible by car, foot or public transport. Please note there is no on-site parking.
