One of London's leading business school's is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be supporting the delivery of school events, maintaining brand guidelines and administering email platforms. A minimum of two years marketing experience is required, preferably within higher education.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of the school events, including invitation and guest list management, liaising with the central events team on logistics and developing marketing collateral
  • Promoting school events and contributing to their set-up
  • Attending events as required
  • Writing, editing and producing printed and digital marketing materials, including event invitations, brochures, web pages, advertising, email campaigns and social media posts
  • Liaising with third party suppliers and agencies
  • Supporting, maintaining and updating the school's web pages, including the development and production of landing pages to partner email, media and social media
  • Serving as the first point of contact for staff members enquiring about the school's brand or visual identity
  • Managing branded merchandise, liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, sourcing and managing relevant suppliers to ensure best value for the school is achieved, and inputting into design and specifications to ensure all goods are of suitable quality
  • Maintaining the school's visual identity toolkit including templates and brand guidelines
  • Coordinating the relationship and projects with the school's design agency and printers to ensure compliance with the visual guidelines
  • Coordinating the school photo library, maintaining the school's section of the college's digital image library and commission new photography when required
  • Coordinating staff photoshoots as required
  • Administering the school's email platform and related templates for users across the school
  • Creating list extracts for marketing mail outs
  • Reporting on e-mail campaign performance
  • Maintaining data integrity, including management of opt-outs
  • Taking meeting notes and circulating
  • Supporting set-up and payment of suppliers and monitoring of budgets
  • Providing backfill support during peak periods and holidays

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or equivalent experience in a similar or related role
  • Relevant experience in marketing, producing a range of marketing materials, print and online
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused sector
  • Experience supporting the development of visual identity, working with brand guidelines to ensure it is consistently used in all marketing materials produced throughout an organisation
  • Experience working with third party suppliers
  • Experience of using Customer Relationship Management systems, marketing databases and email platforms
  • Experience working on corporate events
