Local Business Development Manager
Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8.30-6pm
Up to £32,000 basic, uncapped commission
Mploy are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our globally renowned Automotive client, based in Poole.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be promoting sales to the corporate and small business sector. Frequently field based and often working independently, you will enjoy the challenge of researching and marketing to the business market. You should have the ability to identify sales opportunities and demonstrate drive to achieve set objectives. You will possess highly refined presentation and negotiation skills, along with a natural focus on success and the ability to develop long term business relationships.
The role would suit someone who has proven experience of business to business sales and is perhaps looking for a change in industry. Experience in the motor trade is not essential.
Candidates should have a good understanding of communication methods, excellent written English and a positive can-do attitude along with a full UK driving licence.
