An incredible opportunity has opened up at one of my most lucrative clients based in Glasgow City Centre. The team at a very well known and exclusive technology company are expanding their Developer team by bringing on a Java Developer with a fantastic salary and unrivalled access to the latest technologies using micro services.
The Java Developer will be responsible for writing code, designing solutions, unit testing and configuration. The overall delivery of software components will be required by the Java Developer, who will be working in collaboration with Product and Architecture teams.
The Java Developer will be expected to collaborate with Business Analysts and Product owners, defining and determining deliverables, providing estimates and highlighting technical risks and determining solutions in a technical sense.
Liaising with operations for technical analysis of the issues, and collaboration with other technology and product teams will be significant to the successful Java Developer, to ensure integrated end-to-end design. The Java Developer will be taking part in the Agile ceremonies and contributing to the overall functionality of the development team.
The Java Developer should be intrigues and hungry to to learn new methodologies and research technologies, implementing these in projects to continuously optimise design, code, build and deploy the test lifecycle. Collaboration and contribution will be key to the Java Developers working experience, actively contributing in discussions and meetings to assist with defining technology and the approach to development within the team.
