The opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to start their career in IT. We are looking for a driven, committed, well -presented individual to join our expanding business. This is a support role, which will involve troubleshooting any IT issues that may occur within the business and helping to set up and maintain IT infrastructure. A successful applicant will have great attention to detail, a strong work ethic and be able to work and solve problems independently.

You will receive structured and on the job training from our Technical Ops Manager, Luke.

Main responsibilities*:
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing, evaluating and reporting on new technology
  • Supporting roll outs of new technology and assisting with migrations
  • Liaising with third-parties to find solutions
  • Writing and maintaining procedural documentation
