Healthcare Customer Service Manager
Location: Remote based
30,000 - 40,000

Leading medical devices company are looking for an enthusiastic Survey Manager to lead and engage with Healthcare professionals and conduct research surrounding the use of the companys products.

Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a small team, providing support and training as required
Liaising with key account users and stakeholders to identify key healthcare professionals utilising the products
Managing, conducting and rolling out surveys to collect data on post market clinical follow ups
Researching and maintaining knowledge on Medical Device regulations

Key skills:
Strong communication skills
Line management experience
Experience in vendor management within the healthcare environment
Experience of collecting clinical data and information

This position requires you to be flexible with travel and you will be expected to travel across the UK 50% of the time.
