As our Research Associate, you will gain exposure to some of these top global accountancy and legal firms whilst building a solid foundation in research analytics and recruitment. You could utilise this experience and progress into a consultant and/or build a network, one day running your very own desk. This role can be temporary to move to permanent.

Due to our very busy markets, we need an individual who is keen to come into the business to provide tasks such as:

  • Identifying new candidates and updating the CRM system, including pre-screening these individuals.
  • Respond to emails and online candidate inquiries.
  • Collecting data and recording information.
  • Indepth research to provide insight and market trends
  • Conduct CV searches on job boards for priority vacancies
  • CRM system cleansing and

This role is for a student or recent graduate aiming to kick-start their career with an immersive introduction into the professional world. In order to be considered, you will be:

  • Either currently in your 2nd/3rd year of university or achieved a 2:1 from a top university
  • A great work ethic twinned with an excellent academic or commercial track record
  • Experienced in IT, being capable of navigating around our CRM system, LinkedIn and excel
  • Someone with a proficient telephone manner
  • Stellar research skills
  • Strong attention to detail
