Description

Within the role as Finance Assistant you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases
  • using Excel on a regular basis
  • Working alongside others in the team
  • create, send, and follow up on invoices
  • reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients
  • assist the financial director in creating financial reports on a regular basis

Profile

The successful Finance Assistant will:

work well within a team and go that extra mile ESSENTIAL

have used Excel and have a good understanding ESSENTIAL

have worked in a Not for Profit organisation previously DESIRABLE

Job Offer

Temporary (potential for permanent) + weekly pay + Not for Profit + Leeds CITY CENTRE + great team + £23,000-£27,000
