The successful candidate will be solely responsible for all marketing activity for an expanding SME within the financial services industry in West Herts. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Operations your main goal is to establish a global marketing strategy and to execute this effectively.
Expert knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Adwords, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIN.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer
Experience developing and executing a content plan.
Highly analytical outlook
Proficiency in developing, managing and analysing email marketing campaigns, lead
nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
Ability to develop and manage affiliate-marketing campaigns.
Experience in Growth Hacking
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Good stakeholder management
Results and goal orientated
Flexible working approach
Able to create and implement digital marketing strategies
Increase content on multiple channels
Management of brand identity
Analysis of data and data optimisation
5 years + Marketing experience and management background
Able to demonstrate leadership
