Digital Marketing Manager

Description: Posted by Neptune -

Digital Marketing Manager

Although Neptune was founded 23 years ago in a dusty barn in the Wiltshire countryside, things really have moved on a bit since then. You'll still find us here, but now in stunning self-designed and built offices with nearly 500 people across the UK.

Our marketing department is made up of creative souls, strategists and data-driven experts. They're the people behind our national advertising campaigns, the look and feel of our website, as well as all of our printed literature including our lifestyle book - Stories. From designers and web developers to writers and stylists, they work collaboratively and alongside many of the other departments to promote, manage and maintain the consistency of our brand across the UK.

At the heart of Neptune are people who live and breathe the brand, delivering a multi-channel experience that is as engaging as it is extraordinary. One that really gets people talking.

A brand new role - Digital Marketing Manager. You'll deliver the digital acquisition and retention strategy, covering PPC, organic search, SEO, affiliates and aggregators, programmatic and social direct response. You'll also get to build your own team too.

We're a hands-on business with a hands-on mindset, we don't sit back and wait; we make it happen. Therefore, we're looking for the very best.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who'll bring a natural drive and determination to achieve, as well as:

  • A strong background in digital marketing, ideally in a similar market but that's not so essential
  • Expert knowledge of SEO, PPC, inbound marketing, online advertising, and social media
  • A track record of delivering measurable ROI on marketing activity

Alongside all that, you'll need a wicked sense of humour too.

A job at Neptune will be demanding but it rewards bright, original thinking and hard work. None of us would have it any other way. If you'd like to join a company that stops at nothing to deliver the best of everything for our customers, and one that has designed and built it's own offices in order to achieve precisely the right type of inspiring, creative environment - why not get in touch now to find out more about life at Neptune.

Check us out at neptune.com, Facebook and Instagram.

We're fortunate to receive hundreds and hundreds of applications every week. You'll never receive an automated response from us - it's something that we find too impersonal - and while we try to respond to every email, the sheer volume sometimes makes that difficult. So, if you don't hear from us within 14 days, this means that your application hasn't been successful but we thank you very much for your interest in our business.
