We’re looking for a Digital Course Content Designer to focus on creating beautiful, engaging and interactive learning content for each of our apprenticeship pathways. You’ll work with our team of brilliant Learning & Development Specialists, our awesome employers and other industry experts who will prepare the content and then you will bring it to life by making it beautiful, engaging and interactive.
You will work with our various learning platforms and other technologies to ensure that content is delivered effectively and you’ll manage the process of creating content from concept through to production, testing, quality assurance and publication.
Overall, you’ll be obsessed with creating unrivalled learning experiences and you’ll have a highly organised and methodical approach to getting things done.

You have experience in producing a range of content including video, audio and interactive / web content.
You have some experience of coding, preferably in Java, and you are able to build simple programmes.

What you’ll be doing
Using an Agile approach to ensure all resources are produced in a timely manner according to the needs of the business and delivery teams and ensuring that content is aligned with current technological developments.
Co-ordinate production activities for Product Development Apprentice, ensuring that work is efficiently allocated, completed, quality checked and published as part of the wider delivery plan.
Conduct market research to ensure that content is delivered in the best way for our Apprentices and that we are using the most appropriate tools and software for the intended purpose of each piece of content.
Test each iteration of a piece of content to ensure that it is fit-for-purpose, is suitably engaging and provides accurate and relevant learning opportunities.
Establish and maintain Quality assurance processes for each asset.
Manage assets, including version control, and establish a clear process for maintaining the availability of current versions on the VLE/E-learning portal.
Manage and create video content in collaboration with Learning & Development Specialists, employers, LDN Apprenticeships team members and industry experts.
Produce and integrate quizzes or other interactive assets to maximise learning and engagement.
Produce engaging presentations to support online learning.
Adhering to LDN Apprenticeships brand guidelines.
Liaise with marketing to produce collateral for each pathway and programme which is aligned to learning content.
