1 x FT - Thursday-Monday 40 hours. 12:30pm - 21:00pm (30 mins lunch)

Job Description

Working in our National Customer Contact Centre and E-Fulfilment operation to ensure our customer web/phone orders are input, processed, picked, packed and delivered on time, first time across a 7 day a week service.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls
  • Processing customer orders via the phone/web/email
  • Drive sales and profitability forward
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Answering and assisting with internal enquiries
  • Assisting with the picking and packing team when required

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Customer service experience essential
  • Prepared to cover core hours and alternate shift patterns to suit business needs
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, deliver to deadlines and manage conflicting demands
  • Plumbing and heating knowledge desirable
