A market leader in the Saas based marketing automation space are looking for a CRM consultant to take ownership of the integration process around their application to move them from a reactive to a much more proactive approach.

As the company are going through a rapid expansion phase bringing on numerous new clients, trebling the size of their technical team and opening new offices in the US they are also trying to implement new ways of working, new processes and tooling to drive efficiency in the business and as part of this need a CRM consultant to help drive improvements to the way integration and implemented, managed, supported and lead across the business.

Their application is unique and simplistic in its approach allowing companies to maintain brand continuity whilst allowing separate business units outside of marketing to carry out their own marketing campaigns.

Working with largely enterprise levels clients across the UK and US they have expanded their business globally over the last decade and a large part of what they do involves integrating their application within their customers internal CRMs.
The whole process will be yours to own working with developers, support engineers and external clients implementing whatever processes and you wish.

The successful CRM Consultant will have

Experience working on a CRM integration previously
Experience configuring a CRM: Dynamics, salesforce, SAP
Ability to be able to connect to a CRM API to collate data
Confident on data extraction using sql for reporting.

An innovative thinker who tries to always better the way he/she is working to improve efficiency.

This is largely a strategic position focused on bettering the current processes, systems and tools used by the company to improve the way integrations are done and improve customer experience. However, we do need a 'doer'; someone who is not afraid to get hands on working as a final point of escalation on any crm issues!
