Corporate Paralegal - Liverpool - fantastic opportunity

Your new role
Working in this Corporate Paralegal role you will provide administrative and fee earning assistance to the team. The work will mean a high level of involvement in share and business transactions, particularly within the healthcare sector, building a broad experience in corporate transactional work. You will work within a close knit team to progress the workload but also to drive process.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous corporate transactional experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. Property transactional experience might be a good alternative. You will need a real interest in corporate law. An ability to work with accuracy and pace with minimal supervision is key - you will need the ability to implement and utilise processes with accuracy. You will be confident and hardworking in nature, and have excellent teamworking skills. You will have a strong academic background with your LLB and ideally LPC.
