**Contractor Care Administrator - Permanent - up to £24,000 per annum + exceptional Benefits - Leading Organisation - Sale, South Manchester**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contractor Care Administrator / Contractor Support to work for a growing and leading organisation based in Sale, South Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for issuing contractual paperwork to new candidates and managing their assignments on the internal database in line with internal process and applicable legislation. Accountable for issuing contractual paperwork to PAYE, Limited Company and Umbrella workers, raising an assignment schedule in line with client requirements, upload contractual paperwork on the internal system under candidate record. Request limited company documentation (COI, VAT certificate), carrying out limited company due checks on Companies House, request up to date insurance for limited company contractors, updating candidate record with payment details and maintain an up to date candidate record at all times. Process assignment extensions /termination and issue extension/termination paperwork, create new assignments on the internal database in line with authorised client requirements. Supporting candidates during the on-boarding/off boarding process.

Ideal experience required for this role:
Understanding of contractual compliance requirements and contracts process
Previous experience in candidate screening or administrator role in recruitment
Ability to manage a very busy workload within a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised with ability to prioritise urgent tasks
Exceptional communication skills - ability to liaise with personnel/ senior executives at all levels
Strong team player
Strong understanding of MS Office suites including Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
