Want to work for an amazing charity and help save lives at sea? We are currently recruiting for a Community Fundraising Manager to join us in South and West Wales on a contract lasting up to 12 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and growing all aspects of community fundraising for the RNLI in the South and West Wales area. We need your help to generate funds to support our lifesaving service.

Interested? Your role will focus on identifying and delivering new fundraising opportunities, events and projects and enhancing relationships with our existing supporters and donors. You will also develop and work with new supporter groups to assist with their fundraising plans and events to ensure they can successfully raise funds to help save lives at sea.

The RNLI is keen to engage with highly motivated candidates with an organised approach who can offer strong fundraising skills, creativity and a passion for maximising supporter involvement and income generation.

To be considered, you will need:

- Demonstrable experience of professional fundraising or equivalent (such as marketing, sales or business development)
- Experience of managing and developing fundraising groups and volunteers
- Previous experience of working to KPIs and analysing financial data
- A full, valid driving licence

Primarily covering the South and West Wales area as well as supporting our nationwide development activity, you will be required to regularly travel extensively within the area, as well as more widely when required. This is a home-based role so interested candidates should live in the area, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
