Our client is looking to recruit experienced Call Handlers to work within a busy call centre environment. These are full time positions working 38.4 hours per week, 4 on 4 off rota made up of days and nights.

Duties will include:

  • Taking inbound emergency repair calls
  • Monitioring Alarms
  • Updating internal database and systems
  • Assisting customers in the first instance with finding fault and resolution
  • Organising contractors and engineers to resolve issues
  • Follow up on all jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working to set KPI's

You will have gained previous customer service/call centre experience. Must be computer literate with the ability to learn and use different software packages.
