Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations this new role will develop relationships with channel partners to increase revenue through both new and existing channels. Working closely with other heads of departments to manage the governance and day to day management of those relationships

This role is perfect for a high achieving business development manager with 5 years + experience gained within the following sectors- finance, insurance, risk management, outsourcing, recruitment. You will be keen to take on responsibility for growing the Partner portfolio.

Who are we looking for?- Business Development Manager

To really succeed in this role you will need to be a driven, self-motivated and disciplined person who is an excellent communicator. You will be able to manage numerous relationships at any one time both internally with cross functions in the business and externally with strategic partners. You should be confident in your sales ability and be able to manage the full management process from onboarding through to the daily management of the partner relationship. You will be comfortable being involved in contract negotiations and getting face to face with clients regularly is integral in this role to ensure strong alliances a formed to drive the businesses agenda and growth plans. As part of this role you will be involved with the planning process to drive business with the partners and that will involve tracking performance and pipeline so some experience using a CRM would be advantageous
