We are working with a rapidly expanding national property developer and consultancy firm based in Manchester to recruit a Business Development Manager to help the company grow and become even more successful.
This role is working within a multi-faceted property company that provides residential services in the Build to Rent sector alongside high-yielding investment opportunities. The company provides homes for first-time buyers, young professionals and families alike. The dedicated client care team also provides quality aftercare, supporting the customer throughout every step of the purchase and move process.

You will be required to approach and create relationships with these businesses to sell the development product to them.
Experience from a similar environment is essential, with skills that can be used to open the right doors to help secure the right opportunities, convert initial leads into loyal customers - making use of your amazing interpersonal skills! The right candidate will have at least two years of B2B sales experience and a background in the Property/BTR Industry would be ideal.
You must be able and willing to travel and network as required.
This role is paying a generous base salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with an OTE salary of £150,000 - £200,000.
