1st Line Support Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a Helpdesk, 1st and/2nd line support role.
  • Experience with Apple and Windows Desktop.
  • A basic technical understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Have a passion for good customer service.
  • Fantastic communication.
